Action Group minutes – April 2013

At this month’s meeting we had a fun leadership activity on Knowing Our Priorities. It was difficult, but also fun and informative to look at our needs and what are currently being met or not. We also talked about some fun possible projects to do, for example, making gift baskets to use at community health fairs and expos, letter writing to our lawmakers to express opinions on Medicaid expansion, and more. We will skip our May meeting to accommodate the statewide Walk A Mile In My Shoes Rally at our state capitol. Our next meeting will be Wednesday June 12, from 10:00 a.m. to noon. Hope to see you there!
