Action Group July Meeting Minutes Here

We had a small but powerful group meeting in July with lots of progress made planning our annual recovery celebration. The date has now been locked in for September 18, at the Timber Wolf Lodge in Lake City. Mark your calendars and watch for the registration forms soon to be released with input from the Action Group!

We also had a rousing discussion about handling stigmatizing situations and how we can rise to the occasion and change the world when we are well prepared to do so. We also participated in a leadership activity which showed us that we can get more done, and usually better, when we work as a team.

There’s lots on the slate for this group, so if you haven’t attended for a while, or are ready to jump in and get a bit more involved for the first time, plan to join us next month. We will be videoconferencing in Traverse City, Cadillac, and GRAYLING, now that the Grayling office renovation is completed. Next meeting is Wednesday, August 14, 10:00 a.m. to noon.
