Take Mental Health First Aid – learn how to respond, Aug 10 & 31
Mental Health First Aid is an internationally recognized course which teaches you how to identify, understand and respond to signs of mental health and substance use challenges in others. NLCMHA trainers have over 60 years combined training experience and are offering in-person sessions.
The class is offered in-person from 8:00 to 5:00. You will learn a lot about mental health diagnoses, what to look for, what to do, and when to seek professional help. You’ll also learn about different resources that are available.
Classes will be in Grayling in August:
- The class focused on supporting YOUTH is August 10.
- The class focused on supporting ADULTS is August 31.
- You may sign up to take either, or both!
