What a beautiful show! The 6th annual Art of Recovery: The Human Journey show has almost 100 pieces representing realism, abstract, impressionist, three-dimension… a wide variety of styles, genres, colors, from a wide variety of people. The show reflects just what this event is all about – that we all recover from something at some point in our lives, and we are in this journey together. The healing power and resilience of people is evident at every turn. Please join us for the opening reception at the Outre Lounge in the Inside Out Gallery in Traverse City, Wednesday, November 7, 2012, from 3 to 7 p.m.

Traverse city singer/songwriter Blake Elliott will perform at 5:30, and Hammer’d, with hammered dulcimers by Northern Lakes CMH staff Jacqui Rutherford and Diane Lowes and others, will perform in the afternoon. No charge, refreshments provided. The show continues through November.
