NLCMH Integrated Health Clinic Open House April 25!
Please join us for an Open House for our new NLCMHA Integrated Health Clinic in our Traverse City office at 105 Hall Street (in between North Peak and BATA) on Tuesday, April 25, 2017 from 4:00 to 6:30 p.m.!
Our new clinic is now open for business five days a week, 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. We are accepting new patients – all are welcome.
The integrated Health Clinic offers “one-stop shopping” for healthcare:

- Navigation & Resources
- Wellness
In addition to our professional behavioral healthcare staff, our dedicated integrated health clinic team includes a Nurse Practitioner, Registered Nurse, Therapist and Certified Peer Support Specialist.
