May is Mental Health Month Virtual Thursday Series
Everyone invited! Every Thursday in May, we will host a one-hour virtual program on a topic on good mental health and featuring the myStrength health and wellness app that Northern Lakes provides to the community as a free benefit to all.
The event will take place online, on the Microsoft Teams platform. To attend, you will need a smart phone, computer, or tablet, and the event link. For the best experience we recommend you also download the Microsoft Teams app (application) on your device, although it is not necessary.
