Integrated Health Clinic Open House Slated June 20

The public is invited to an Open House at the Northern Lakes Integrated Health Clinic on Wednesday, June 20, from 4:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. at 105 Hall Street. The Open House will offer the community an opportunity to take a look at the clinic facilities and the opportunity for free Hepatitis A vaccines and a variety of screenings including diabetic blood glucose, blood pressure, and Hepatitis B, C, and HIV.
The clinic is open to anyone in the community who needs primary health care, including those with mental health issues, intellectual and developmental disabilities, and substance use issues, as well as the general public. New patients are welcome including those with Medicaid.
