Integrated Health Clinic accepting new patients

The Northern Lakes Integrated Health Clinic is open to anyone in the community who needs primary health care, including those with mental health issues, intellectual and developmental disabilities, and substance use issues, as well as the general public. New patients are welcome including those with Medicaid.
