Art of Recovery Show is closed. Art available to pick up! Thanks everyone, for a great event!

The 16th Annual Art of Recovery Show at the Traverse Area District Library was a grand success, with many people seeing the artwork in the atrium over the course of the last few weeks. Thanks to the library staff for their assistance and support and for providing the space for this event for the community. Thanks to all the artists who shared their creative endeavors with all of us, and to those who purchased art. This event is not a fundraiser. It is a community education event that demonstrates the resiliency of people and recognizes that we all have to recover from something sometime – recovering is part of the human journey.

Art which was submitted in Traverse City is now ready for pick up at our 105 Hall Street office (see the receptionist on the 2nd floor).

Art which was submitted through our other offices is currently being transported and will be available for pick up on Monday or Tuesday, December 4-5. Please call ahead to confirm it has arrived.

We will be adding the art from this year’s show to our digital art gallery soon.
